The site starts at Urbana Street. The surroundings have some commercial places and there’s a boneyard creek which is a small river at the back of the site.

Floor Plans
-A kindergarten space for children’s growth and play, an open-air exercise area promoting active lifestyles on 2.5 floor, a performance stage for cultural expression on 3.5 floor, and a public garden on 4.5 floor.
-Each housing unit is connected through a system of co-terraces — semi-private outdoor extensions that serve as informal meeting zones and have strong neighborhood bonds.
-The architectural language is grounded in structural clarity and openness — supports a lifestyle where communal values and panoramic living come together in harmony.
아이들의 성장과 놀이를 위한 유아 공간, 2.5층에는 활기찬 라이프스타일을 장려하는 야외 운동 공간, 3.5층에는 문화 표현을 위한 공연 무대, 4.5층에는 공공 정원이 마련되어 있습니다.
각 주거 유닛은 반사적인 만남의 장소이자 이웃 간의 유대감을 형성하는 공용테라스 시스템으로 연결되어 있습니다.
구조적 명확성과 개방성을 기반으로 한 건축 언어는 공동체적 가치와 탁 트인 삶의 방식을 조화롭게 이어줍니다.
Section
This residential building project mainly highlights the feature of the bold cantilever — which projects residents toward the site's sweeping panorama, framing uninterrupted views of the surrounding Urbana environment. A dynamic truss system, visibly integrated into the design, supports a strong connection to the site's natural slope for rigid construction. The design aims to balance monumental and friendly residential buildings offering residents an elevated living experience. It gives community-focused design that fosters connection, wellness, and shared experience.
이 주거 건축 프로젝트는 쭉 뻗은 캔틸레버 구조를 핵심 요소로 강조하며, 이를 통해 거주자들이 사이트의 탁 트인 파노라마를 향해 모이고 어바나 주변 환경의 시야를 막힘 없이 조망할 수 있도록 합니다. 설계에 노출된 트러스 시스템은 사이트의 자연스러운 경사에 연결되어 구조적 안정성을 제공합니다.
디자인은 거대함과 친근함 사이의 균형을 추구하며, 거주자들에게 한층 더 높은 삶의 경험을 제공합니다.
